A Jury for evaluating the entries to this Startupp Challenge shall decide the shortlisted entries to be taken up for further steps.Their decision would remain final and binding on all parties.
The Challenge is supported by partners as published on this website.
Entry to Startupp Challenge does not require any fees.
All material submitted in support of an entry is warranted by the applicant to be their property and is entered without any encumbrances by third parties.
The applicant indemnifies, and agrees to keep indemnified, for any claims arising out of any material, statements or claims made as part of their entry.
The applicant/startup agree that Startupp Challenge is entitled to evaluate their entry and select what they consider to be shortlisted in a given category without recourse to the applicant/startup. Decision of the evaluators and jury shall be final.
Shortlisted applicants would be required to work closely with their assigned members and provide any additional information regarding their business plans from time to time.
Entry deadlines and other timelines may be extended at the discretion of organizing team.
Applicants agree to be contacted by organizing team of startupp challenge and its partners for the purpose of communication (via email, phone or post).
The aforementioned rules and regulations will be subject to the laws of India. Disputes, if any, are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
Although Startupp & NRI Startup India (“The Investor”) desires to invest Rs 50 Lacs per startup up to seven top startups across 7 identified sectors, Startupp & NRI Startup India Team will evaluate all the proposals submitted on the portal and will shortlist only those proposals which generates sufficient interest of the evaluation committee, have future potential for growth and which passes through strict evaluation criteria. Startupp & NRI Startup India Team will not be obliged to make investment across 7 identified sectors if the startup proposals submitted to the portal does not pass the strict evaluation criteria.
